Other fan sites have ably covered this record, which is great stuff. This page is here for scans and for completion's sake among the Shrimper releases. the Mountain Goats continue to record and perform as I write this in 2023. I heard them play "Whole Wide World" as a full band, at the first live show back after what felt like an eternity of COVID-19 postponements. I hope to see them find all kinds of new directions for the old material which, it should be obvious considering the subject matter of this site, I believe to also be a specific kind of beautiful as-recorded, hiss and boombox whirr and all.
