There's a CD reissue of this one (SHR141) that you can buy at Grapefruit or Revolver.
The CD version is only missing 2 tracks from the tape (A6 "My Head Really Hurts (Part 3)", and B4 "Brown Confessin'") which makes it slightly cleaner than the reissue matrix across the Losers Sentridoh material in SHR12/SHR67. For a little extra fun, this tape does include two songs ("Conspiracy" and "God Won't Let You Die") that didn't make the jump from the self-released Sebadoh Losers tape to SHR12 Losers.
