Big Breakfast were an Irvine-Meets-Claremont collaboration of sorts.
The above image, from Why Do You Touch Things That Aren't Yours (credited in those liner notes as "Band drawing by the sound guy at the Stork Club, Oakland, CA March 1998") is the most thorough accounting of the personnel you can publicly find, and I've been through every grab of their former webpage using The Wayback Machine. This is a music scene with multiple Bills, Steves, and Chris's, so you can imagine how hard it is to just guess (there was every chance it was Bill Chen, Steve Folta, and Chris Jones). When I first picked up the CD, I will admit I actually wasn't even sure which which Diskothi-Q Kevin actually played in the band.
